Blue skies, sun shining onboard a beautiful cruise ship - where in the world am I? Saint John, New Brunswick!

Really - On a beautiful summer day in August I was lucky enough to be invited on board the Carnival Triumph while in Saint John. The ship was truly amazing and a very pleasant surprise as it offers something for everyone: with a lot of fantastic entertainment on offer but also lots of quiet places to relax and unwind.

This particular ship has decor and rooms based on "Around the World" theme.

A wonderful array of lunch options was available to us so we opted for a mixture of Oriental and Mexican and the food was superb. Something for everyone. From a Piano Bar to a Casino, from a Library to a Nightclub, from a Spa to a Games Room and from a huge Gym to bars and lots and lots of entertainment a Carnival cruise really is a cruise that appeals to every age-group.
