Judi Schulz

My name is Judi Schulz and I am a Travel Counsellor working in Oakville,Ontario. I have lived in the greater Toronto area since 1986, but I am from the West. As much as I appreciate all that Ontario and the east has to offer, I hope to retire to Victoria, B.C. someday.

I trained and worked in travel in the late 1970's and then went to University, got married, and had my family.

As we started to travel as a family I found it difficult to get someone to invest the time in researching the perfect fit for us. As a general rule they would sell me a pre-packaged holiday that didn't always suit our travel preferences. I therefore found myself doing my own research and planning - a process which led me to take a job in travel in January of 2003, first in an agency and then as a home based agent.

I have enjoyed every place I have worked, but Travel Counsellors is the best in terms of the tools and support they offer me. Working from my home, I am able to meet with my clients whenever and wherever it is most convenient for them. My passion is planning independent, well researched land or small ship itineraries for people who don't have the time to do the work themselves, but I do all types of travel.
I am readily available to my clients by email and cell whenever they need me.

I love to learn about new places and to get people excited about visiting the destinations I have been to. My most memorable trips have been to the Galapagos, Tahiti and East Africa, but there is not a place I have been to that didn't have something to recommend about it. I am a Tahiti specialist, but I research and plan all destinations. My trips this year were Thailand over Christmas and New Year's, Tahiti in March and I have just returned from an amazing cruise in Alaska - have a look at my new journal.

I visited Spain, the BVI's and Chile in 2007- 08. All different but all simply wonderful trips! Call or email me and I will be happy to help you on your way to any one of these incredible destinations!
