In essence, I give him the bare bones outline of a potential trip, and he produces an amazing vacation package tailored to me and my and interests.
I usually browse internet sites to get ideas and prices, but Mark always gets me better deals than I find on-line and recommends activities that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. He makes the bookings for flight, hotel, transportation at my destination, excursions, etc. and then presents everything to me in an organized package. He meticulously reviews the itinerary with me a few days before I leave so I know exactly what to do and when. He also includes his business card so I can get in touch with him if necessary while I’m away. You don’t stop being his client until you’re safely back at home.
I live a busy life, so having Mark as a travel agent doing all the time-consuming work is priceless. He makes travelling easy and fun!
