I was one of the lucky Travel Counsellors to attend a Spa Day at Ste-Anne's. Along with a tour of its wide array of facilities, cozy rooms and sprawling grounds, we were treated to a spa treatment. I picked the Chakra Balancing Massage. It was educational for those who know nothing about Chakras and guided meditation, but the benefits are almost double that of a standard massage. Mind, body and soul totally relaxed afterwards. A healthy and delicious lunch awaited us after our various treatments (which included Green Science Facial, and Pure Aroma Massage).
